General Terms and Conditions of the Lodge.

Booking conditions
The booking is legally binding after confirmation and the general terms and conditions are therefore accepted.
Residence regulations
When booking, 2 people are allowed in the bungalow. Breakfast is included in the price. For additional persons, this must be stated when booking. Children have a special rate. Minimum stay is 2 nights
- Check out time: 11 am Check In time: 3 pm
- W-LAN available, is switched off from 23:00 – 06:00 (11 pm – 6 am)
- When leaving the bungalow, close all windows to prevent storm damage and switch off the air conditioning and fan.
- Smoking is only permitted in the designated areas
- Leave the kitchen clean and as you found it after use. We do not use alcohol or animal products and ask you to respect this.
- Pets are welcome
- Bungalow cleaning and towels are cleaned for longer stays of 3 nights or more
- The entire lodge is available to everyone and the night’s rest must be respected from 11 am – 6 am
- The entire lodge is not rented out for private parties
Terms of payment
- Payment by Paypal, Revolut or bank transfer upon booking
- For cash payment on site, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking
- The price includes the 13% tax
Disclaimer
The host accepts no liability for damage caused by unforeseen events, force majeure or theft. The guest is liable for all damage caused by him to the facility.
Cancellation conditions
- Up to 30 days before the start date, the amount will be refunded in full
- For less than 30 days the amount is non-refundable
We may refuse or cancel future bookings for guests who have not complied with the terms and conditions
